HARPER, Helen, 90, of Safety Harbor passed away February 23 at Mease Countryside Hospital. She was born in Yalaha, FL. Helen was the owner of S & H Realty in Panama City and a member of the St. James Episcopal Church in Leesburg. She was preceded in death by her husband Harris and daughter Heidi H. Bohanick. Survived by son Henry Harper; daughter Helene Harper; sisters Janet James, Dorothy Searcy; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
