Martha Andrews Cottle

DUNN – Mrs. Martha Elizabeth Andrews Cottle was called to her heavenly home Sunday, January 3, 2016. Martha was born June 27, 1929 in Sampson County, NC to the late Henry J. and Ellen Lane Andrews. She was predeceased by her husband Avery Lee Cottle. Martha was the owner and operator of Quick Dry Laundry and Car Wash in Dunn. She opened the business in 1977 and continued to operate it until her death. She will be missed as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 3 pm at Cromartie & Miller Funeral Home chapel in Dunn, NC. The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm at the funeral home prior to the service. Surviving are daughter, JoAnn Young and husband Billy of Mt. Olive, NC; son Dempsey Ennis and wife Deborah of Dunn; brother Melvin Andrews and wife Joyce of Faison, NC; sister Doris Honeycutt of Clinton, NC; grandchildren, Phyllis Jefferson and husband Ken, Darnell Davis, Michelle Brewer and husband Todd, Henry Brandon Ennis and wife Ally, Heather Marie Johnson, Kyle Ennis and wife Sara; great grandchildren, Jeremy Jefferson, Chris Jefferson, Caitlin Davis, Cassidy Davis, Cole Brewer, Caleb Brewer; great great grandchildren, Hallie Barwick and Brody Jefferson.
