Sue Byrd Royals

Mrs. Royals was born on Sept. 20, 1932 in Harnett County the daughter of the late James Melvin Byrd and Victoria Wise Byrd and is preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Royals.

Sue was a member of Erwin Chapel Church and a housewife. She loved her family and was very devoted to them.

A funeral service will be held Monday, April 15, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Helms officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by: Sons: Michael Royals of Wilson, NC; Brent Royals & (wife) Monica of Benson, NC.

A Daughter: Susan R. Stewart & (husband) Brent of Oxford, NC

Grandchildren: Brandon Stewart & (wife) Candice of Oxford, NC and Adam Stewart & (wife) Laura Jean of Alexandria, Va.

Great Grandchildren: Colton, Harper, Maddox & Chase Stewart

Sisters: Joyce Barnes of Dunn, NC; Janet Gauldin of Coats, NC

Brothers: Gene Byrd of Florida; LeRoy Byrd of Coats, NC

Sisters-in-Law: Edna R. Byrd of Dunn, NC and Delores of Erwin, NC

The family will receive friends Sunday Evening from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn.
