GIELOW- Thomas R. of Springville, NY. June 6, 2022. Beloved husband of 75 years to Nancy (nee Eddy); loving father of Thomas Jr. (late Sharon), Lynn (Ted) Williams and Gwen (Adam) Glotnis; cherished grandfather of James Gielow, Lanie (Jeff) Shumaker, Tiffany Williams, and Kyle Williams; adored great grandfather of Jayce, Mackenzie, Ashtyn, Autumn, Eva, Aleksa and Ellia. Thomas was a devoted electrical foreman for General Motors Delavan Plant for 30+ years. Thomas and Nancy were the former owners of Home Sweet Home Ice Cream in Springville. He was a WW II Veteran, US Navy (1943-1946), an avid fisherman and enjoyed woodworking. If desired, memorials may be made to Springville First United Methodist Church, 474 E Main St., Springville. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements were handled by WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 784 Main St., East Aurora.
