Donna M. (Taylor) Weis

Donna M. (Taylor) Weis, 67, of South Windsor, passed away June 26, 2014. She was born in Danbury, a daughter of the late Simon J. Taylor Sr. and Anna (Abdella) Taylor and was a graduate of Danbury High School. Donna was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church in South Windsor. She was a bookkeeper for several area companies, most recently Steel Tech Building Products for 14 years. She is survived by her beloved husband of 42 years, Charles “Chuck” Weis, her son Michael C. Weis of Providence, RI, two sisters Simone Simon and her husband Edward of Danbury, Karen Jennings and her significant other Kyle Fraley of Tennessee, her brother Simon Taylor Jr. of Danbury, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be Tuesday July 1, 2014 at 9AM from the Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, Connecticut, followed by the Liturgy of Christian Burial 10AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 673 Ellington Road, South Windsor, Connecticut, burial will be private.
