Randy Lee Dill,73, of Rockville, CT passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025. He was born December 29, 1951 in Hartford, CT a son of the late Linwood and Henrietta (Hines) Dill. Randy graduated from East Hartford High School in 1971. He loved cats, motorcycles, gardening and cooking. Randy worked at various machine shops and printing shops.
He is survived by a sister, Beverly Dill Lawton of East Hartford, a brother, Mark Dill (Laura) of East Hartford. He is also survived by his nieces, Melody Williamson, Teresa Ervin, his nephews; Russell Lawton Jr., Richard Lawton, Jason Rotbergs and many great nieces and nephews in Connecticut, Maine and Virginia. He was predeceased by a sister, Linda Rotbergs; half sisters; Lula Allen, Mildred (Ken) Coolidge and Violet DiRenzo, cousin William Hines III, nieces; Sherry Burhoe and Rosemary Newcomb and nephews; Michael Newcomb and John Ranger Jr.
Relatives and friends may call at Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave., East Hartford on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 11am - 1pm. Burial will follow at Silver Lane Cemetery, East Hartford, CT.
