

Sergey Demidov, 32, of Wallingford and New Haven passed away suddenly on Friday, December 17, 2010. He was born September 21, 1978 in the Republic of Tadjikistan, Russia and is the son of Natalya Anisimov. He was raised in the United States and received his BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Connecticut in Storrs, before receiving his MBA from Albertus Magnus College in Hartford. He was recently employed by CT Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative in Norwich as and Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist. Sergey enjoyed working out, loved the outdoors and especially spending time at the beach. He was a voracious reader, always expanding his knowledge and sharing it with others. He was very goal orientated which made him an important member at his vocation. Mostly, he loved spending all his time with his family and friends.
Sergey is survived by his loving mother, Natalya Anisimov and her significant other, Shawn Hockney; his brother Brian Anisimov, all of North Kingstown, RI; his maternal grandparents Victor and Zoya Novitski of Wethersfield; his aunt Galina Nalitova and his cousins Anna, Alexander and Daniel Nalitov, all of Glastonbury.
