A visitation for Jack will be held Friday, March 31, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave, East Hartford, Connecticut 06108, followed by a life celebration service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
