Brandon A. Shumway, 18, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2017 in Charlotte, Michigan. Born September 6, 1999 to Roger and Angela (Grose) Shumway, Brandon enjoyed music, lifting weights, and spending time with his best friends, Tyler Pritchard, Rudy Borrow, and his cousin, Cody Hines. He loved to tinker with engines and was a huge U of M fan.
He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Roger and Angela Shumway; his brother, Austin Shumway; brother-in-law, Collin Towslee; his sisters, Sammantha, Cassidy, Hannahh, Taylor, Brittney, Karia, and Alivia Shumway; his niece, Emberlynn Shumway; and his grandparents, Randy (Jean) Grose, Roger Franks and Linda Keifer.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 11:00am at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes DeWitt Chapel, 205 E. Washington, DeWitt. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Lansing.
