Janet M Gormely

Janet passed away April 25, 2011 at the age of 69. Janet was born in Lennon, Michigan on June 22, 1941 to Charles and Nellie Krantz. She was Executive Director for over 30 years of Tri-County Community Advocates. Janet loved her family, cats and horses. She was predeceased by her parents and sister, Sue Dowell. Janet is survived by her children, Anastasia (Anthony) Lundy and Matthew (Andrea) Gormely; grandchildren, Christopher Matthew Brown, Erin Marie Gormely and Jade Katherine Lundy; nieces and nephews, Linda (Clyde) Christmas, Jennifer (Jason) Freeman, Austeen Freeman, Chad (Jessica) Christmas and Ashley and Jaidyn Christmas. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 29, at 2:00 pm at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 E. Grand River, East Lansing with Rev. Glenn Evans officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8 pm and Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in St. Helen, Michigan.
