Our Grand Rapids Mammogram Techs, at GRWH, just learned of Jeff’s passing. We are so sorry to hear this! He always came in to our office with a smile. He was such a kind person. He will be missed!

I apologize for this late note but I just heard of Jeff's passing.  I knew Jeff from his work with the State of Michigan.  He often came to the University of Michigan  as part of his radiation safety inspection duties.  He was such a nice gentleman and a pleasure to know.  He was also extremely knowledgeable, fair, and honest.  He brought honor to his profession.  It was my pleasure to have known Jeff professionally for a number of years.   I'm sad to have heard of his passing and I offer my deepest condolences to his family, friends and co-workers.   May he rest in eternal peace.

I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of the Tavormina and Rawson families. I was so saddened to hear of Jeff's passing and  planned on attending the funeral to pay my respects but was unable to at the last minute.  I've known Jeff since I was probably 11.  I didn't get to see him very often but whenever we ran into each other at a gathering we shared our updates on how our kids were doing.  He was such a genuinely kind person.  I will continue to keep you all in my prayers for strength, and peace as you continue through this journey of grief.  I pray the wonderful memories you've shared will help comfort you.

Hi Jeff. We’re almost on our way to see you, family and friends. It is with deep sorrow that on this trip it will be the last time we see you. As the Manager for Sparrow Hospital Mammography/Women’s Imaging department, We had the opportunity to work with Jeff for many years. He was an intelligent, kind and fair individual. It was a pleasure working with him. The great state of Michigan was privileged to have Jeff as their Radiation Inspector.

Glad we got to spend the day with Jeff and Kathy exploring in Duluth while visiting Evan.

Uncle Jeff and Caden (Eslinger) golfing at Enger Park Golf Course in Duluth, Minnesota.  They both hit nice shots and ended up next to each other.   Caden’s highlight of the day is when Uncle Jeff let him drive the golf cart.  May 24, 2025

Kathy, Justin and Jacob, our most sincerest, heartfelt condolences on the loss of Jeff. We were so deeply saddened and shocked to hear he has passed. He was truly a wonderful man who had such a kind heart and warmth that was always so welcoming, sincere and genuine.  Many good times over the years that we had with you guys along with Uncle Bill and Aunt Rose, from your wedding to various family events, he will truly be missed.
