Mike was a great electrician, a good husband, father, brother, uncle, grandpa and friend to his friends. Mike was a good man, not standing on his own goodness as a human, but because he embraced the gift of grace extended to him by God his Father. All the goodness in Mike was because of the Jesus love in him, which transformed him when he accepted the gift of salvation. Mike, big Dawg, big Mike, Moose will be missed by "the crew". He is now having the best Mondays EVER, forever, but without his tool pouch on, pain free in Eternity. You are missed, Buck & Heidi Hagy, TCE

I met Mike in 1990 as counter help at one of the electrical wholesale houses in town. Told him that I wanted to be a electrician someday and he set up a interview with Jim his boss at Lansing Electric. Two years later I started working side by side with Mike and continued for the next 4 years, he taught me everything he knew which helped me become the electrician I am today. I'm grateful for his time and effort he showed me as a apprentice, much appreciation and memories!

It is with great sorrow that I write this memory because one always expects to have Mike, Beth and others around when we come down visit family. Mike was such a good person to be around, always smiling and laughing whether we were hunting, fishing, running electrical for my survival school or just drinking a beer together. Mike was one of a kind and we will greatly miss him.

Beth,
My heart breaks for your family during this difficult time. My condolences to you and your family. I have many memories of Mike and Paul and the entire family when I was younger, when all of you used to hang out with my parents, Bob & Madeline. I knew if I ever had an electrical question or a plumbing question they were my go to guys. He will be missed terribly, Mike was a great guy!
