Woo "Linda" Yung was born in February 12, 1944 in Changsha, China. She passed away peacefully on January 3, 2024 after a sudden illness at the age of 79. She lived and owned a gift shop in Lansing, MI for over 30 years and later retired in Tampa, Florida. Always cheerful and friendly, she enjoyed traveling and spending time with family at Disney World, especially with her three grandchildren. She will be remembered for her lively spirit, optimistic outlook on life and beautiful smiles.
Linda is survived by her son, Ling Yung (Helena) and daughter Allison Yeh (Daniel) and grandchildren Ryan Yung, Sydney Yeh and Ethan Yeh. She is predeceased by her father, Binqian Hu and mother, Juqian Dai and her husband of 40 years, Yun Ou Yung.
A family graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Lansing, Michigan on January 15 at 11AM.
