Beverly Francis Vaughn

Beverly was born October 20, 1934 in Rockford, IL to Fred and Iva (Tull) Rambow. She married Norbert "Red" Vaughn on January 18, 1954 in Peoria. He preceded her in death on June 30, 2018. Also preceding her in death were her parents, three sisters and three brothers.

Surviving are her two daughters: Victoria (Tim Osborn) Vaughn of Amherst Junction, WI and Cheryl (Kent) Broadbent of Annawan, IL; one son, Dr. Steven Vaughn of Jupiter, FL; a step-daughter, Victoria (Kenneth) Immesoete of Arizona; six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; nephew, Richard Howell of El Paso, IL; niece, Brenda Paulson of Rockford, IL; and her caregiver, Sheila Weisenberger of Pekin.

Beverly was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Peoria and enjoyed bingo, watching westerns, reading, her son-in-law's art work and was a huge Elvis fan. She will be remembered as a kind, gentle and thoughtful person. "We love you mom."

A Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 with visitation from 10 to 10:45 am at St. Ann Catholic Church in Peoria. Burial will follow the service at St. Joseph Cemetery in West Peoria. Remmert Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
