Craig "Cj" Byron Spurlock Jr.

He was born June 14, 1995 in Casselberry, FL to Stacy Whitaker and Craig Spurlock.

He is survived by his mother, Stacy Whitaker and step-dad Jason Castillo, of Palm Bay FL., his father Craig Spurlock of Apopka, FL, three siblings, Ashlee Wells and Kayla Spurlock both of St. Cloud, FL. and Gavin Whitaker of Metamora, his maternal grandmother, Brenda Whitaker of Metamora, a niece, Madelyn Dugger and two nephews Ariston Wells and Kingston Spurlock all of St. Cloud, FL, and Nathan Cation of Peoria, who helped raise CJ.

CJ had a love of cars and enjoyed buying cars to restore and sell. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle, listening to music, mowing grass, spending time with family, and his dogs. CJ will be remembered for his sense of humor, cracking jokes and his T-Rex impersonation.

A celebration of life will be at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 with visitation one hour prior to the service at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria.
