Daniel Wade Lockhart

He was born on April 13, 1982 in Peoria, IL to Timothy Wade and Donna Marie (Sutton) Lockhart. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Ron and Laveeda Lockhart.

Surviving is his mother, Donna (Bill) Willett of East Peoria; his father, Timothy Wade Lockhart of Denham Springs, LA; his son, Landon Wade Lockhart of Denham Springs, LA; two siblings, Lisa Marie (Clint) Cawley and Colton James Willett both of East Peoria, his companion and mother to his son, Megan Sibley of Denham Springs, LA; maternal grandparents, Jim and Norma Sutton of East Peoria.

He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.

Wade worked as a painter for many years and last as a laborer with Alcast Manufacturing in Peoria. He was a 2000 graduate of East Peoria Community High School and he loved fishing and spending time with his son.

He will be missed by many friends and family.

A visitation will be Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 5 to 7 pm at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. A funeral service will be on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 10:00 am, the Rev. Janice L. Ringenberg will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
