Gloria Ann Ferguson

60, Of East Peoria, IL 61611 passed away on

October 20th, 2024

in her home.

She was born December 1, 1963, in Peoria, IL to Glore and Mary VanOrder. She married Robert A Ferguson on September 5th, 2009, in East Peoria. Surviving are her three children Casey (Jeff) Hanuski of East Peoria, Michael Carr of East Peoria, and Jeremy (Rosey) Carr of East Peoria. Seven grandchildren Austin, Caillie, Airick, Tonica, Skylar, Madison, and Sebastian. She is also survived by one brother Larry VanOrder.

Proceeded in death were her loving husband Robert “Bob” Ferguson and both her parents.

Gloria was a loving wife and a devoted mother. She enjoyed observing the nature and wildlife around her home and neighborhood. Later, finding love in the hobby of photography. She loved the Chicago Bears. She never met a stranger no matter where she went.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial visitation will be Monday, October 28, 2024 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. A celebration of Gloria’s life will be Tuesday, October 29, 2024 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Folepi’s Building, 2200 E Washington St. East Peoria.

Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery at a later date.
