She was born July 25, 1957 in Peoria to Charles and Betty (Harris) Rodgers. They preceded her in death along with one brother, Phillip Rodgers.
She married Don Cramer February 13, 1999 in Hanna City. He survives along with one son, Brad (Penny) Rodgers of Peoria Heights, one grandson, Brady Rodgers of Peoria Heights, and two sisters: Carol (Brian) Aaron of East Peoria, and Lisa (Greg) Hanley of Junction City, Arizona.
Joy worked for Illinois Oil Marketing for 20 years retiring in 2018. Her and Don were members of the Peoria Eagles Club.
Funeral services will be Monday June 3, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria.
