I think of you often and can't believe you are gone.  I remember our friendship as something special and miss you very much. Rest in  peace with your loved ones.

Sending condolences to Mike’s family.  He was so kind and brought a smile everywhere he went.  Know that he changed lives for the better, and that he would hope you could remember him and smile.  Peace.

My deepest sympathy to Dr. L's kids and wife; I'm a Pediatrician who worked in one of the same clinics as Michael and we always shared a good laugh and a good cup of coffee. He also was my own Urologist when I had renal stones. He always shared stories of his wife, kids, the dogs, his parents, life as a young man. He will be sorely missed. 

I would like to send my condolences to Michael’s family. I only knew Mike as my doctor but I considered him a friend. This may sound odd but I enjoyed my doctor visits  and our talks about everything. He will be missed.

Always made my day when I saw that I would have the pleasure of working with him. All his patients loved him. He made the day so less stressful and was a very confident and Professional Physician.  I feel very lucky that I got to work with him

To Chris, Grace and Isaac-
We are so saddened to hear of Dr. L’s passing.  May God comfort you in your loss.
We will always remember the many years working side by side in the office.  There was a lot of laughter, some sad times but we always had good times.  Caring for patients with compassion and humor was Doctor’s goal and that he did.  He took his time with each one.
The 3 happiest days in his life were when he married Chris, the day his sweet Grace was born and when his son,  Isaac was born.  We rejoiced with him!
Doctor was not only our employer but a great friend.  We have so many memories as we know you do.  Keep those close to your heart.  As we will.

Michael was a very special person who I knew in high school & in college. He was a super talented musician, who could play numerous instruments. He was also a very intelligent man in addition to having a photographic mind, which he proved to me on one occasion when he handed me a book & said turn to any page and I will tell you exactly word for word what it says.   Sure enough, he recited the entire page word for word , I was amazed to say the least. 
Michael also had a very special knack for making people laugh  and feel comfortable being with him.  
I am very very sad to hear that he has passed 
 away .   My heartfelt condolences to his wife, children & relatives.  He was one of a kind special man.  

To Doc Longevins wife Chris and his children Grace and Isaac, my heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of you. Doc was always so much fun to be around. He was so good to his patients and staff, he will truly be missed.

I will honor Mike in death as I honored him in life.  He was my friend.  I will miss him greatly.  My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his children, Gracie and Isaac, in the loss of their loving father and to Chris, his wife, may Mike's love for you fill your heart.

Mike played sousaphone when we were both in the school band at Milford High School. But I got to know him better when he moved to work at Proctor Hospital in Peoria, IL where I was already living and our mothers put us in touch.  I introduced Mike to some of my friends there and we much enjoyed his wry sense of humor. He gradually became occupied with work and new friends and I moved away from Peoria.  But I fondly remember his zest for fun, his intelligence and his creativity. No doubt his absence will leave a vast emptiness in the lives of his family and those in his work and social circles.  I hope they find comfort in many happy memories. He was indeed a very special individual.

To Mike’s friends and family,
My most sincere sympathy.  I’ll always have great memories of him in the band “The Guys”.  He was always making everyone laugh.

I am so sorry to hear of Mike’s passing.  The memories I have of Mike when he played in the band with Gary and Terry Creeden are unforgettable. He was always making me laugh. He was definitely a great guy. He will be missed by everyone that knew him.

I'd like to express my deepest sympathy to Michael's family. My connection to the Longevin's extends back to when Scott and I were in nursery school. Michael was always the crazy, eccentric, kind and funny older brother. May he rest in peace.

My deepest sympathies to Mike's family. I worked with him in the OR at Proctor for years. He was one of the kindest and funniest surgeons one could know. I enjoyed his stories and his friendship. I am so sorry that he isn't able to enjoy more days here on earth with his loved ones, but I know that he lived his very best life and will continue on for eternity.
