She was born March 17, 1942 in Peoria to Carl and Nellie (Bennett) Poulsen. She married William Nolan on Feb. 20, 1957 in Peoria. He survives along with two daughters: Carla Sentz of East Peoria, Melissa Nolan of Creve Coeur, two sons: William Nolan of Litchfield, Michael (Elizabeth) Nolan of Clermont, FL, nine grandchildren: Shawana, Sarah, Robert, Joshua, Jessica, Jacob, Dillon, Luke, and Alexandra. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters.
Her parents, three brothers and two sisters precede her in death.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at the Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Peoria.
