Harold E. "Gene" Woodard, age 81, of Decatur, GA passed away on February 21, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Betty Woodard; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 11AM. The family will visit for one hour prior to the service.
