I am so sorry to hear of this. Ricky and I worked together several years on the same crew. He was a hoot, sometimes a riot, but he was always YELLOW DOG....

I just found out about Ricky's passing.  I met Ricky at an East Point dentist's office when we were 5 years old (before we started Harris Street Elementary).   We were both in Mrs. Carroll's first grade class together and went all the way through Russell High together.  He was a close friend and I have not seen him for many years.  My heart is heavy and saddened knowing he is no longer here with us, though.  May God bless Doug and his remaining loved ones on this terrible loss.  I will pray for those he left behind.

Saddened to hear this news, and my condolences to the family. Our families were friends, and our fathers fishing buddies back in the 60s, and Ricky and I graduated Russell HS together. Rest in Peace Ricky.

So sorry for the loss of such a "unique" and very likeable person. I had many enjoyable years with Ricky on & off the job. He left many wonderful memories of someone who truly enjoyed life. My prayers go out to your loved ones.
