William "Chunky" McDougal, age 59, of East Point, passed away August 15, 2014. Surviving are sons; William C. McDougal, IV, Byron R. McDougal, sisters; Lane McDougal, Marion M. Liles. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 11:00 am at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville, GA. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm at Historic Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home 2968 East Point St., East Point, GA 30344.
