

She was a 1985 graduate of Brainerd High School 1985 and graduated from Chattanooga State in 1989. Alicia was a member of Brainerd Hills Baptist Church and was a leader in the Royal Ambassadors and Challengers programs prior to moving to Klamath Falls, where she was a member of United Family Fellowship. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Post 95.
Alicia was a daycare operator and was also the main caretaker for her parents for many years. She loved the outdoors, her miniature dachshunds, country music, and trips with her friends and family. In 2002, she met the love of her life, Gary Mullica, and they were wed on October 18th, 2003. She moved to Klamath Falls after their marriage, where Gary lives. Alicia always did her best to help those around her, whether it was her family, church family or friends. She is a truly special woman who forever left her mark on our lives, and we are all better people for it.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Eva Hickey and her sister, Patty Stovall.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Mullica of Klamath Falls; brothers Wayne Hickey II, Richard Hickey and David Stovall, all of Chattanooga; children/nieces and nephews, Amanda Hickey of Athens, TN; Kris Daw, Michael Stovall, Brandon Hickey, and Ryan McCord all of Chattanooga; Amy Hickey of Rossville, GA; great-nephew Hunter Gordy of Athens, TN; great-niece Sofia Weare of Rossville, GA. Mother-in-law Pauline Mullica, of Klamath Falls; Step-children Gara Mullica, Mikel Mullica and Shaan Mullica of Arkansas, Kristine Evans of New York, and Michael Dixon of Oregon.
Visitation will be Friday May 10th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday May 11th from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home, East Chapel. A memorial service will be held at 2:30pm with Dr. Richard Mason officiating.
