I AM SO VERY SORRY TO HEAR THIS.  CAROL AND I ATTENDED MARIETTA HIGH TOGETHER.  MUCH LOVE AND PRAYERS FOR HER FAMILY.  Jane Williams Welsh (Class of 1962 MHS).

Carol will truly be missed by all who had the good fortune to meet her.  She was so very kind and generous and never met a stranger.   I shall treasure forever the lovely earrings she made for me.  God Bless her family for they shall forever cherish the loving memories of Carol.

I had only met Carol in the last year while playing bridge.  She was such a dear to help me and my fellow newbie players learn more about bridge.  She would come early and help us with different aspects such as filling out our convention cards, responses to No Trump, etc.  She even made us all Christmas earrings.  She will be greatly missed at the bridge table.

I will miss Carol.  She was fun to be with, feisty,and out-spoken.  Since she and I had similar political views, I appreciated hearing her thoughts.  She was also caring, welcoming, and pleasant.
