Cecil was a kind soul. We were his neighbors across the street. At times, we would sit in the swing on his porch and just laugh and talk. My husband and I really liked Cecil. If you needed something and if he could help he would.  I know he missed Emmett and Jay our other neighbors that lived next to us. 
He really loved working on his cars in the back yard. He was out there all the time. 
The Lord just gained a gentle angel. 
Now he’s free of this cruel world and will be met by all his loved ones and friends  that passed before him.  See you there one day sweet friend.

He was a uncle a friend and a mentor when i was younger. I loved going to his house and hanging out with my cousins Butch and Patty he was a hard worker a loving uncle and a good father he is now in heaven with his brothers sister mother and father. Rest in peace uncle Cecil you always made me laugh with your jokes. And your wonderful voice for singing. You now don't have leaving on your mind because God called you home. And I know he's going to say welcome home my son. Love you and you will be greatly missed. The angels have another great voice in the choir
