Chuck was one of my clients in rehab at Consulate.  He never missed his scheduled visits to the gym and his favorite exercise was riding the NuStep.  Just a few weeks ago, Chuck and 3 other residents joined Consulate staff at the Walk to End Alzheimer's.  Chuck and I walked together along the beautiful Tennessee River Walk.  Chuck so admired everything military and was very patriotic.  All the Rehab staff miss him.    Ann Bourne

Chuck was one of my patients at Consulate and he will be sadly missed by all of us.

Chuck was one of my favorite cousins. I am sorry that I was not able to see him more often, but I always enjoyed out talks on family history. I will always remember his laughter and smile. Now he can be with his parents who were so wonderful to him.
