Donna Waterhouse Williams

She was born in East Ridge, Tennessee on July 17th, 1948. She was a graduate of East Ridge High School. She enjoyed a career in retail, selling children’s clothing for many years. She was a huge Tennessee Vols fan, a dedicated member of Silverdale Baptist Church for over 26 years and enjoyed her time volunteering at YCAP and distributing food with HaCoBa Care Ministries. Her biggest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James Fleming “Jim” Williams, her grandson, Eli Williams, and her parents, Charles Waterhouse; Bill and Geraldine Vines.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Emory (Heather) Williams of Ooltewah; her daughter, Jennifer (Derrick) Crawley of Fort Oglethorpe; her grandson, Noah Williams; her sister, Rhoma Parrish of Chattanooga and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 24th, 2026 and from 10:30 am to 11:30 am on Wednesday, February 25th, 2026 at Chattanooga Funeral Home East Chapel, 404 S. Moore Rd., Chattanooga, Tennessee 37412.

A funeral service will follow Wednesday’s visitation at 11:30 am, in the chapel.

Interment will follow the funeral service at 1:30 pm at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
