Elizabeth Gail Griffith, 94, of Chattanooga went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 4, 2018. She was the daughter of the late John and Nicie Patterson Giles. She was a former member of Chamberlain Memorial Baptist Church and most recently Maple Grove Baptist Church.
She was also preceded in death by her husband Robert Griffith, brothers Charles, Harve, Earl, Jim and a sister Mary.
She is survived by her sister Geraldine Chambers, half brothers and sisters Henry, Marshall, Gary, Sue, Tammy, Faye, Marie, and Jennifer, several nieces and nephews and a special niece Dinnia.
Funeral service will be 12:30 pm Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in the chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, East Chapel with Pastor Jake Carroll and Brother Ronnie Dotson officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10:30 to 12:30 Wednesday at the funeral home.
