Jim "Dude" McGhee Sr. passed on May 19, 2026, at the age of 83, and was a resident of Rossville, Georgia.

Visitation will be held at Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Chapel, on May 25, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

A Celebration of Life will take place at Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Chapel on May 26, 2026, at 11:00 am.

A Committal Service will be held at Chattanooga Memorial Park, following the service.
