

Loretta graduated from Rossville High School. She married Lee Robbs in 1953. She faithfully served as church secretary for two churches, Hughes Avenue Baptist and Kingwood Baptist for 35 years. She was also the Assistant Director of Kingwood Baptist Day Care Center. Loretta was most recently a member of Ridgedale Baptist Church, where over the years she enjoyed singing in the adult and senior adult choirs and was an active member of her Sunday school class. Loretta's faith in the Lord was her reason for living and serving in every facet of her life. She loved her family deeply and was always ready to meet the needs of others. She was known for her sweet and humble spirit, her Godly wisdom, and her encouraging words.
Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Garvin and wife Toni Bryant, her sister Delores and husband Herman McCay, her sister-in-law Dorothy Bryant, first husband, Lee Robbs and second husband, Ralph Pedigo.
Loretta is survived by many loving family members; a brother, Gary Bryant of Chattanooga, sons, Lee (Betsy) Robbs, of Apison, Mike (Annette) Robbs, of Winter Springs, FL, and her daughter Sandy (Dennis) Long of Harrison. Her grandchildren are Aaron (Julia) Robbs, San Francisco CA, Kristen (David) Morton, Signal Mt, Heather Robbs, UK, Michael (Gretchen) Robbs, Mechanicsville MD, Stephanie Robbs Adams, Frisco Texas, Logan Long, Harrison, and Keaton Long, Cleveland TN. She was blessed to have seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Loretta's stepchildren are Mary Ann (Fred) Clelland, of Chattanooga, and Haley (Stephany) Pedigo, of Signal Mt. TN. She was also privileged to have five step grandchildren: Emily Clelland, Knoxville, Mary Catherine Clelland, College Park, Maryland, Philip Pedigo, Nathanael Pedigo, and Margaret Pedigo, all of Signal Mt Tn.
The family will receive friends from 11 AM to 1 PM Monday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
