She is survived by her husband Warren Dayhuff, children Diane Graham DeLay (Brad), Jim Graham, Troy Dayhuff (Kerry), Beth Moser (Steve), 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She grew up primarily in the Chattanooga area, lived in Ringgold GA and Chattanooga during her mid-life years and spent the majority of her retirement years in Fort Myers FL with her husband and many treasured friends.
She was very talented artistically and used these talents in many capacities in fundraising for schools and other organizations. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi service sorority and the Scenic Chattanooga Optimist Club. She had a career doing estate tax work at accounting firms in Chattanooga.
She was very kind, loving and giving to all, as well as having a warm-hearted sense of humor. A very thoughtful and resilient woman, she was highly cherished by her family.
The family is greatly appreciative of those who cared for her at the end of her life at Chattanooga Hospice.
Per her wishes there will be no formal services, and the family will be having their own private memorial at a later date.
Her wishes are that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to local hospice organizations.
