

Paul David Frame, 72, of Chattanooga died Thursday, July 13, 2023. He was born January 8, 1951 in Long Island, Alabama to the late Willard and Bonnie Frame. He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Jo Frame and a sister, Deborah Shadrick. He was retired from TU Parks Construction, after 36 years of service. After retirement he worked for JC Curtis construction for four years. He played on the First Tennessee Championship football team in 1969 for the South Pittsburg Pirates. He was a graduate of Tennessee Tech. He was a former member of the Chattanooga Bass Club. Mr. Frame was a member and deacon of the South Seminole Baptist Church.
Survivors include his children, Erica (Mark) Harrell, Ginger (Chris) Fillers, Vanessa (Lee) Andrews, and Bradley (Amanda) Frame; grandchildren, Allison
Hall, Kendal Harrell, Carmen Carr, Jordan Fillers, Javonte Lazenby, Johnluke Fillers, Austin Fillers, Josie Fillers, Brianna Garrick, Bradley Garrick, Skylee Andrews, and Emma Frame; great grandchildren, Raylan Bruce, Kingsley Bruce, Oakleigh Bruce and Addison Carr; sister, Wanda Talley; brother, Gary Frame; and sister-in-law, Vickie Crittenden.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 Sunday, July 16 at the South Seminole Baptist Church, 1201 S Seminole Drive, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37412.
Funeral services will be 11:00 Monday at South Seminole Baptist Church with Pastor Ron Perry officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery in South Pittsburg.
