Damien E. Martinez

Born in Queens, New York, February 29, 1988, he was the son to David and Lillian Vega Martinez.

Damien was a graduate of East Stroudsburg High School, Class of 2006. He is a graduate of Northampton Community College, Class of 2008, with an associate degree in Criminal Justice. Damien enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing video games, playing the guitar, and basketball. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Surviving Parents: David and Lillian Martinez of East Stroudsburg; A Brother: David Martinez, Jr. of Manhattan, NY; two Grandparents: Santos Vega of Brooklyn, NY and Luis Santodomingo of New York; several Loving: Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends; two beloved pets: Shadow and Kona.

A public viewing will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Lanterman and Allen Funeral Home Inc., 27 Washington Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Rita Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Luis Laverde officiating; 275 Shepherd Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11208.

Interment will follow at Cypress Hills Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY.
