Alex I have no word's to describe the loss of you in this world. Sure we talked about it several times in the ways others could never understand but the reality of it all is one I'm having trouble excepting . You were my best friend and the only person in the world that I could say anything to and be understood completely and vice versa.  With that you take a piece of me with you that I never expected to lose. I would like to say thank you though for leaving your dirty sock on my floor which it's still there by the way sigh....I love you Patana and I'll miss you eternally. Until I can see you again and we can begin our new book of chronicles since ours here in this world have concluded gives me hope for the next part of the journey I will eventually take. Until we meet again my old friend I hope you finally have found you're peace at last . Love you always and forever

Alex was a guy who can make everyone smile and laugh in the room. I have so many great memories with him and I will always cherish them. I love you like a brother Alex and until we meet again RIP brother!

I remember listening to Rachel and Alex as wee ones. Rachel would often be heard whispering to Alex, usually trying to get him to do something silly. And he would. And it made them laugh. It made me laugh, as I stood outside their room feeling happy to be an observer of their moments, of his laughter. He did love to laugh and sought to make others laugh too.
He and I have always shared a love of nature, of growing things and animals and bugs. He has sent me so many videos over the years, of his plants, and his encounters with nature and life around him. We would laugh and chat and feel how precious it all was, made more precious because of him. His beautiful soul.
There is more than can be said here. He was a flower bud, waiting to be watered, seeking the sunshine, knowing at any moment he would open to the new day. Alex, that perfect blue sky is now all around you. May it bring you peace.  

My favorite memory that I will cherish tell we meet again, is when you came to visit and we had a bbq and yes you showed me a new way too cook steak and we named it foot steak(a ribeye that he kicked on the grill as if we were playing Hakki sack... then a mash potato fight at the dinner table.. the memories can go on love you brother from another mother.. I’ll be thinking of you everyday as my heart will cry out for you...love you bro and bro 1 said your the best bro anyone could have

What a fun and sweet guy! I’ll never forget growing up with Alex (and Rachel) and all the fun times running “wild” on our street. It was nice to always be included and always welcome. I’ll never forget the fun birthdays and July 4ths and Easters. And the thousand trips to 7-11! Rest In Peace and see you when I get there! 

My favorite memory of Alex is taking my daughter Jackie and him fishing at Lake Arcadia. Special memories. Prayers for the family
