Carson was born on June 6, 2009 to Will and Kori (Hinkle) Dimsdale. He grew up in OKC where he attended Kingsgate Christian School, James L. Dennis Elementary, and Connections Academy. Carson enjoyed watching anime and youtube and playing video games, Pokemon, Megazords, Digimon, and Minecraft. Carson was a brilliant kid with a great memory. Like most kids, Carson’s interests changed but his love for God, his family and Nhinja noodles remained. He was never happier than when he was spending time with his family and his dogs Boomer, Rosie, and Bella.
Carson Dimsdale loved life and “the color of life” (green). He fought hard to live for many years with the most positive attitude, strong faith in God, a wealth of knowledge, and love for his family & puppies, all while keeping a huge smile on his face that could brighten anyone’s day! He was taken from us way too soon, yet left his impact on thousands of people around the world that will never be forgotten. We had to give back our greatest gift and our biggest blessing, but Carson won this battle! He taught us how we should all live like Carson, come together and appreciate life. Every breath you breathe from the first to the last is a gift and he was ours! He is the most precious and perfect soul!
Carson died on July 6, 2022 at the age of 13, but now he no longer has to fight “stupid cancer “, is finally Cured, and can truly Live in his eternal home! God bless him and keep him until the day we can be reunited with him in heaven and see what our Warrior for God on earth has now become in Heaven!
Left behind to carry on Carson’s legacy of hope and positivity are his parents Will and Kori Dimsdale; two siblings: Mikala Wyman and Colton Rene-Fiebiger and wife Karissa; Grandparents: Shari Baker and husband Richard, Dana Huffman and husband Herb, Gary Hinkle and wife Kathryn, and Donald Dimsdale and his wife Ginger; great grandmother Jean Case; as well as numerous other beloved friends, family members, and an Army of Prayer Warriors.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and administrators at St. Jude Children’s Reasearch Hospital for the kindness and compassion that they showed to Carson during his 5 and half years as their patient.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted to go towards Carson’s headstone at Memorial Park Cemetery. 405-755-1111. 13313 N. Kelley Ave. OKC, OK or Carson's Cure - Gift Funds for St. Jude
