He was born December 8, 1937 to Cecil E. and Pearl E. Hull Beagles in Shattuck, Oklahoma. Cecil attended Shattuck public schools and graduated as president of his graduating class. He graduated from Central State College in Edmond, Oklahoma. He worked as President of Canyon Construction Company, a division of Henderson Properties, Inc., in Oklahoma City building homes, apartment projects, shopping centers, and high-rise condos for over 20 years. After retiring, Cecil opened his own construction company working various projects along with building and remodeling many Sonic Drive-In Restaurants in a 5 state area. He was an active member of First Baptist Church in Edmond, serving as a greeter, working in missions, and helping in other areas as needed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Pearl Beagles; 2 sister, Rosetta Sexton of Shattuck and Ramona (Pat) O’Neill of Marshall, Oklahoma; 1 brother Charles Beagles of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Cecil is survived by his wife, Mary of the home; 3 sons, Ty and wife Gretchen, Brian, and Cory and wife Kelly Beagles all of Edmond; 1 daughter, Allyson and husband Michael Gerali of Denver, Colorado; and son Vance and wife Laura Beagles of Ft. Worth, Texas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren of whom he was so very proud!
