He was born on September 23, 1962, in Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated from Putnam High School and OSUOKC with a degree in Electronics. He then started his career at Jackie Cooper Electronics making an employment move to the University of Central Oklahoma in 2019.
Al and Gail were married on September 19, 1987, a beautiful marriage that lasted up until her passing in 2008. Al was a loving husband and a great father to their son, Jess.
He was preceded in death by his wife Gail; mother Juanita; father Bob; and sister Sue Hubbard.
He is survived by his son, Jess and wife Brittany; sister Dianne Soltani and husband Perry; sister Linda Turner and husband Joey; and brother-in-law Randy Hubbard and many nephews and nieces of whom loved him dearly.
Al enjoyed fishing, trips to the farm with his dad, and family vacation trips to Colorado. He played most all sports from little league through high school, and later helped coach Jess’ little league teams.
He loved giving at Christmas but his main joy came from family, and his greatest pride was his son Jess.
Visitation will be from 4-8pm, Thursday, February 4 at Baggerley Funeral Home, Edmond.
Funeral services will be private.
