Jack Stephen Van Bibber was born in Oklahoma City, on December 14, 1934, to Fred and Helen Van Bibber. Jack had a brother Jerry Ray Van Bibber (deceased) and a sister Patsy Jo Suttman (deceased). He graduated Central High. Jack married Judith E. Seeley on November 24, 1954. After marrying, Jack worked for his father-in-law at Seeley Upholstery. He worked there for a short time and went to work at FAA. He then transferred to Tinker Field. From this union, they were blessed with 4 children. Sherry, David, Steve, and Shelly (deceased). Jack and Judy bought and built their dream home in Edmond, and raised Arabian Horses. Jack and Judy loved to travel and belonged to the Good Sams and Land Run Sams RVing group. Jack retired form Tinker Field to take care of his beloved Judy, who was struck with cancer. He was happily married for 41 years and lost his Judy in 1995. He is survived by his 3 children, Sherry and husband Mike Wash, Reydon, OK. David and wife Rita Van Bibber, Port Orchard, Wa. and Steven Van Bibber of the home in Edmond. He is survived by 6 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Jack was fortunate to enjoy the friendship of a host of close and personal friends.
