Joyce Elizabeth Hoover was born March 1, 1928 in Grove City, Ohio to George and Margaret Hoover, with a family of eight children, four sisters, Garnett, Jean, Lois, and Linda and three brothers, Earle, Paul, and twin brother Jerold.
She is survived by her four children, Shannon, Derrol, Alycia and Tim along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
A private memorial is planned at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Richland Kansas.
