Margaret May Ramsey

Margaret May Miller Ramsey (Peggy) 83 years old, born in Springfield Mo on August 5th, 1929 to Louis Maxwell Miller and Lulu May Richardson Miller of Kansas City Kansas now deceased, past into the arms of our Lord and savior on Wednesday, July 17. Born and raised near Kansas City, she went on to complete her education. She meet and married David L Ramsey, also with our Lord, on December 7, 1946. Gave birth to and raised seven children. She became a telephone operator for White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico for twenty years before retiring. Her love of Christ kept her involved in church, from vacation Bible schools and Bible studies to Sunday dinners, where ever she called home. She enjoyed baking many types of breads and delicious pastries and decorated wedding and all occasional cakes, bring joy to family, friends and customers. Other hobbies included painting, sewing and gardening. Margaret now joins her life long love and husband, as well as her first born Nancy Sew Ramsey Akers in heaven. She is survived by six living children, Rebecca Ann Walker of Hermitage Mo, Shirley Lee Coston of Deville La, Debra Louise Poindexter of Roswell NM, David Lee Ramsey of Roswell NM, Jesse Ray Ramsey of Edmond Ok, Chester Maxwell Ramsey of Las Cruces NM, 16 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren, and two living sisters. She will be missed!
