Troy "T-Roy" David Richard

Troy David Richard also known as T-Roy was born in Lafayette, LA on June 3, 1970, and entered eternal life July 27, 2022. He was raised in Scott, LA by his parents and his two brothers. He graduated Carencro High School and soon after joined the United States Army. He was proud to be a veteran and to serve his country. He enjoyed getting together and cooking for his family while country music played in the background.

He is preceded in death by his father Larry Richard, brother Christopher Ted Richard, grandparents Francis and John Richard, and aunt Sharon Sullivan Brown. Troy is survived by his wife Valerie Ann Richard, two children Nicole Adams and Nicholas Richard, and granddaughter Azelynn Adams. Also survived by mother Sherlyn Lynn Prejean, brother, Tod Richard, and honorary mom, Barbara Venable Stanford.

Come-and-go visitation for Troy will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Baggerley Funeral Home, 930 S. Broadway, Edmond, Oklahoma 73034. A service celebrating the life of Troy will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel.
