Born on December 10, 1943 in Baguio Philippines to Agaton Sr and Ines Calara.
Jun attended Saint Louis University (SLU) in Baguio City, and worked as a Police Officer, a Draftsman and a Businessman.
Jun was known for his love of fishing and marksmanship. Known for his hospitality and generosity, Jun made a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Jun is survived by his Wife Rusela, Daughter Johanna (Alex) Pecson, Grandchildren Maya, Lea and Jonah, and siblings Cora, Jesse, Jean and Dino. He was preceded in death by his Parents Agaton Sr and Ines, and brothers Frank and Teddy.
A viewing will be held at Hainstock's Funeral Home & Crematorium, 9810 34th Ave, Edmonton, AB, T6E6L1, CA, on June 25, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held at The Catholic Parish of Corpus Christi, 2707 34 St NW, Edmonton, AB, T6T 1P5, CA, on June 26, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation.
