Ann was born to this world knowing she would spend her life as a wife, mother and a nurse. She followed this course by marrying her love of 35 years, Gerry Carmichael. Ann became a mother to her daughter Lindsey Carmichael and her son Adam Carmichael. Ann added to her children, Lindsey's husband, Brian Dust. Ann lived her life doing what she loved, nursing, for the past 35 years and the last 15 years at Sturgeon Hospital on the LDRP Unit. Ann leaves to celebrate her life, her parents, Lloyd and Mary Hermanson, three brothers and one sister along with their families. Ann also leaves her Canadian parents via marriage, Stan and Joyce Carmichael and one sister-in-law and her family.
A celebration of Ann's life will be held at Memories Funeral Home, 13403 - St. Albert Trail, Edmonton, AB on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Labour, Delivery and Postpartum Unit at the Sturgeon Hospital for equipment needed to bring healthy babies to this life.
