Odd how life is.  The other day i was thinking of Derek's birthday coming up. I am saddened to hear of his passing. I remember him as bright, kind and humorous.  Rest in peace.

My thoughts and pain still run deep for the loss of Derek.  I met him in Las Vegas and we played golf for three day straight. He reached out to me after I left Vegas and we texted for over a year.  He always wanted to know how I was doing.  He offered his ears when I was having personal problems.  He almost single-handedly got me through my problems. He treated me like I was a brother or a dear friend of 20years.  What an amazing man!  Its been ten months and I still think about Derek.  Everyday!  I pray that his family and loved ones are holding up a bit better. He is one of the kind and will always be in our hearts.  I will always hold you close to mine!

I have so many wonderful memories of the whole Kindleman Clan and was so saddened to hear of the passing of Derek.  I knew him as a young boy and watched him grow to be a wonderful young man.  I never really got to see him as an adult but I'm sure he was an amazing man who loved life and his family and lived each moment to the fullest.
