With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Dorothy Alm on September 5, 2017 at the age of 86 years. She leaves her sons Greg (Sherri), Terry (Rosemary), and Mark (Jane), grandchildren Kristi, Bryan, Scott, Graeme (Brian Gooyers), Tannies (Paul) Peterson, great grandchildren Malia and Makai, as well as other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Eric, parents Ethel and Wilfred Spooner, and step-father Frederick McKellar. Dorothy was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation 10985-124 St. NW, Edmonton, AB T5M 0H9. A Private Family Memorial Service will be held.
