I was truly sorry to hear of Doug's passing. His journey will be a good one as we have all lost a true friend. My Condolences go out to ALL THE MC CALLUMS. In the beginning we were a group of friends that were untouchable and experienced the growing up stages of normal fun sharing Teens. I use to go and hang out with Doug Parking Cars at the Army and Navy Downtown 97 Street when it was -50 below. We played Hockey on the Streets and in the Rinks. We rode around in fancy Cars that Doug's Dad had on his Car lot and Convertibles from the Hill Brothers Budget Rent a Car Business. When Doug was about to get married to Marjorie we had two Stags as we all thought a lot of him and will continue this thought as he was a True Friend.

It is with both sadness and the recollection of many great memories of the times and growing up together that we all shared.  My sincerest condolences to the McCallum family.

The service for Doug reminded me of what a warm, generous, caring and great man he was.  Doug's presence in my life was much like he was as a person, that quiet, strong man who was always there whether you needed him or not.  I was truly blessed to have had him in my corner and I am so glad my family got to know him too.  We will miss him.  Marge, Erin and Cam, our thoughts, prayers and love are with you always.
