Douglas Wilson Morrow

passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2014

at the age of 96 years. He is survived by

his loving family;

daughter Kathy (Larry) McDonald;

granddaughter, Jennifer (Marcel) Crocker;

great-granddaughters, Victoria

and Harmony Crocker;

nieces, Janet, Vlieta and Dawn, along with nephews, Doug and Don.

Doug is predeceased by his wife, Harriett;

brothers, John and Donald; sisters,

Catharine and Marjorie;

granddaughter, Heather; and nephew, Brian.

Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at

Shepherd’s Care Kensington Village Cottages

for all of their care and concern for Dad.

For six years they were a big part of his family.

We really appreciate all of the efforts made by Karrie

and the GCAT staff to keep Dad in place in his home

for as long as he lived. Dad really enjoyed his time

at the cottages and felt so safe there.

Thanks to Pastor George, Doctor Marner,

the recreation staff and all the others,

too numerous to mention

who contributed to making his life happier

and fulfilling. Thanks to Valerie and Bryant of the

Alberta Ambulance Service for their patience

with and care of Dad on April 2nd.

Thanks especially to the Lord for

Dad’s long and happy life.
