It is with much sorrow that we announce the passing of Fay Frick. She was born in Edmonton, Alberta to Frederick Frick and Edith Frohlich. Fay grew up in the Mount Pleasant and Allendale areas. She was predeceased by her parents, and her best friend Karen Tansem. She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Sharon (Gordon) Wright; her niece Marla and her children Ryker, Bentley, and Capri; and her nephews Todd Wright and Jason (Liz) Wright and children Austyn, Will, and Destiny.
Fay loved gardening, traveling, and coloring. After the passing of her mother she was accepted as a resident within the LoSeCa community in St. Albert, Alberta. She loved working at the thrift store and participating in their many programs. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude for the LoSeCa staff and residents who provided Fay with care, purpose, love and friendship.
Her family would also like to express gratitude for the staff and volunteers at Pilgrim’s Hospice center who provided dedicated, compassionate care to Fay and ensured that she was comfortable in her final days.
