Joan will be lovingly remembered by her children; Sandra (Mark) Arbeau, Bradley Topolnicki, her grandchildren; Derek (Lesley) Arbeau, Brett Arbeau, Kurtis Arbeau and Ellis Topolnicki.
She is survived by her siblings Doreen (Robert) Smyth, Bill (Natalia) Hecker and Dianne (Doug) Skow.
Joan was predeceased by her husband Paul (2019), sister Marie, and her parents.
